About Me

Biography
Grace Larson is a movement enthusiast born and raised in Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania. They started dancing at the nine years old at Tiffany Wakeley Academy of Dance in Jamestown, New York. They studied at Slippery Rock University where they graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a concentration of Studio Ownership and Dance Entrepreneurship. At SRU, Grace performed works by choreographers such as Teena Marie Custer and Bill Evans, both of which were presented at the American College Dance Association conference. Grace studied under inspiring SRU faculty such as Lindsay Viatori, Ursula Payne, and Jennifer Keller. Their journey through dance led them to through an array of styles - modern dance being their current favorite. Through SRU, Grace earned their Yoga Alliance RYS-200hr certification and has been teaching yoga at a variety of places.
Grace grew up in the arts- playing musical instruments, singing in choirs, performing in color guard, and dabbling in art forms like painting. Because of their love of the arts, Grace is passionate about Warren County Summer Music School, a summer program that teaches children in their local community classes related to the arts. They currently teach the children different styles of dance and yoga as well as ukulele.
Grace is currently a company dancer and instructor at Sukanya Burman Dance, a dance instructor for Infinity Visual and Performing Arts, and a yoga instructor at Eight Limbs Wellness Studio. Wherever they are, Grace aspires to create an inclusive space where they can share their love for movement, wellness, and creative expression.
